Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
  • Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and service calls with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations
  • Support pool, beach, and outdoor facility maintenance to ensure a high-quality resort experience
  • Maintain proper records of work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment servicing
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, brand requirements, and local regulations
  • Assist with special projects, renovations, and emergency repairs as needed


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required in a resort environment
