Job Description
We are currently hiring a Tour Center Coordinator FT in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The Tour Center Coordinator is responsible for managing and providing leadership to the Ambassadors and Tours team. They are a model for the Tour Center teams by executing daily operations in an efficient and effective manner, providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external guests, conducting cidery/ brewery tours and tastings, and maintaining the appearance of the Tour Center. The Tour Center Coordinator will work with the Programs & Tour Manager to drive company culture through the development and execution of strategies that raise the bar for our drinkers, increase traffic and sales, and promote craft credibility.
