Learn more at www.dminc.com About the Opportunity DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to provides expert-level cybersecurity engineering and advisory support across TALON task orders, ensuring all engineering solutions align with DHS and TSA security policies, standards, and risk management requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: This individual performs security assessments, evaluates system architectures for vulnerabilities, supports POA&M remediation activities, and provides technical documentation demonstrating compliance with FISMA, NIST RMF, and DHS Trusted Internet Connection requirements. The Analyst works alongside ISSOs, system engineers, and the O&M contractor to embed security into every phase of the engineering lifecycle. Key responsibilities include evaluating proposed designs against TSA's Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) standards, conducting risk analyses for new capabilities entering the TSA environment, and providing security engineering inputs to system design and architecture documentation. The Senior Information Security Analyst also supports security testing in lab and pre-production environments, contributes to System Security Plans, and assists with Sensitive Security Information (SSI) handling and compliance. The individual is expected to remain current on evolving cybersecurity threats, particularly those relevant to aviation and transportation security environments Qualifications Education and Years of Experience: A minimum of 6 years of information security experience in federal IT environments is required, with demonstrated expertise in NIST SP 800-series frameworks, vulnerability management, and security architecture. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent are preferred. All personnel must obtain and maintain TSA fitness determination and comply with DHS SSI handling requirements, including completion of annual SSI Awareness Training. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents with the ability to handle Controlled Unclassified Information.
