The Role Responsibilities Strategic Orchestration: Manage and own all scheduling and logistics for our Executives across two high-impact organizations, ensuring their time is aligned with Medallia's top priorities. Operational Precision: Navigate Concur for expense management and coordinate seamless global travel, ensuring leaders can focus entirely on the business. This will also require a keen attention-to-detail and strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and deadlines. Special Projects: Support departmental initiatives via assisting with research, preparing briefing materials, and tracking action items to ensure project momentum. Systems Management: Support and maintain the trackers and spreadsheets that keep our data clean and our teams informed. Ensure all documents are completed with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Candidates must be based in the Tysons vicinity as this role is Hybrid, 3-4 days per week onsite. Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $107,000-145,000 USD.
