About the Role

This position description is for an Operations Analyst for the MQ-4C Triton program office PMA-262 at Patuxent River, MD. The Operations Analyst position supports the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office (PMA-262) located at Patuxent River, MD. This role provides essential in-person business and operational management. The incumbent will also serve as a back-up for the Operations Officer as needed. This position directly supports the Operations Officer, Program Manager, and Deputy Program Manager in all aspects of program office operations.



Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external tasks, actions, and briefings.
*Manage and track program initiatives using the 262-tasking application and the Enterprise TaskManagement Software Solution (ETMS2).
*Develop, coordinate, and prepare required program documentation, correspondence, andbriefings.
*Utilize digital tools to the maximum extent, including Microsoft Office 365 and governmenttools, such as ETMS.
*Coordinate executive meetings such as PM Calendar Syncs, Award boards, leadership meetings.
*Create and manage All Hands communications.
*Create and update program office guides and procedures for business operations.
*Coordinate All Hands meetings and special events, to include scheduling, content compilation,and hosting.
*Work with the Facility/Security Specialist to manage personnel check-in/check-out processesand update distribution lists.
*Coordinate, draft, and submit Navy End-Of-Tour (EOT) Awards, requiring familiarity with NDAWSand OPNAV Form 1650.
*Additional Operations duties as appropriate.



Qualifications

Desired Characteristics:

    Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Capacity to learn new processes and provide constructive feedback for process improvement opportunities.

Education Requirement: A Bachelor's Degree or allowable substitutions is required.
Allowable substitutions for the Bachelor's Degree include an Associate Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description, OR four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Education Requirements: MA/MS degree

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Salary range: $95,000 - $115,000 (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
