About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Brand Development, the Business Analyst plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisionmaking across Sales, Marketing, and Senior Leadership. This role is responsible for analyzing market share, customer performance, competitive dynamics, and campaign effectiveness to measure performance and uncover growth opportunities across the Wis-Pak Brands and WP Beverages.

The Business Analyst partners crossfunctionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and senior management to develop, maintain, and continuously improve executivelevel dashboards and reporting tools. These dashboards provide timely, accurate, and intuitive visibility into key performance indicators, trends, and risks, enabling leadership to make informed decisions quickly and confidently.

This position serves as both an analytical expert and a strategic thought partner-connecting data to business outcomes and ensuring insights drive profitable growth across brands, channels, and packages. The Business Analyst is also responsible for enhancing the sales budgeting process, promotional contract analysis, as well as board reporting and preparation.

In summary, the Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business opportunities across all channels, marketing elements, brands and packages to provide insights to assist and optimize the execution of the overall sales and marketing strategy. The focus of this development should be on assuring the long-term success of the Shareholders by developing a wholly-owned, nationally recognized and distributed beverage brands which enhance existing product portfolios. Every member of the WP Beverage and Wis-Pak Brand Team is a salesperson for our brands and the company. Therefore, the Business Analyst must be focused on providing WP Beverages with profitable growth through the sale and efficient distribution of our refreshing beverages, superior customer service and innovative customer focused marketing programs.

What We're Looking For



  1. College degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics or another applicable field
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work across departments
  3. Superior verbal and written communication skills are required.
  4. Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills are needed as demonstrated by previous work experience. The position requires an individual who will "dig" into issues and follow through until resolution.
  5. Ability to work independently and in team environments.
  6. Strong attention to detail with excellent follow through.
  7. A high level of personal computer knowledge is required for this position. A strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft PowerBI, Palantir, or comparable data platforms
