We are seeking Solutions Architect III to join the JH Banking Project Office, where you will play a key technical role in designing thoughtful, scalable solutions for our banking and credit union partners. In this role, you will create solution architectures that align technology with business goals while improving workflows and daily processes in measurable ways.

You will support large and complex projects, with a strong focus on automation, process efficiency, and meaningful time and cost savings. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will identify operational challenges, conduct process discovery, map and redesign workflows, and build automated solutions using tools such as AI generators, Power Automate, Power BI, Infowise Forms, integrations, and custom scripting.

As a core member of the team, you will also help manage, support and enhance our SharePointbased enterprise project management platform. Your work will transform manual, resourceintensive tasks into scalable, automated processes that improve performance across the organization.

This is a remote position, and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Designs the enterprise integration architecture (data, processing logic, presentation layer, etc.) ensuring alignment of technology to the business strategy.
  • Translates the customer's business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for moderately complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Completes project level architecture reviews and vendor selection recommendations. Creates architecture documentation based on specifications.
  • Leads review of solution architecture to discover any errors or confirm that the design meets required specifications.
  • Remains current with industry developments and incorporates applicable technologies into solutions.
  • Provides consultation to technical staff.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in solution architecture, automation, or process improvement, including handson work with data analysis, data mining, and designing automated workflows within data warehouse or analytics environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Forms, with the ability to build, integrate, and optimize automated and datadriven solutions.
  • Experience using AIassisted tools to generate scripts, workflows, and automation, along with the ability to evaluate AIgenerated output and refine it for accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, identity management, and security best practices, ensuring all solutions align with enterprise standards and governance.
  • Clear, empathetic communication skills, including the ability to identify both stated and unstated needs, define requirements, and collaborate effectively with internal teams such as CLT and other crossfunctional partners.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Experience in project management, including planning, coordinating, and delivering technical initiatives in a structured and collaborative way.
  • Background in customer service or user support, especially in roles that involve partnering with internal teams or working directly with end users to understand needs and improve their experience.
