Responsible for collaborating with internal Sales and Sales Support teams as well as external vendors to produce accurate, precise and timely price quotes for clients and prospects. Responsibilities Partner with sales associates to deliver a high volume of moderately complex sales quotes on time and with a high degree of accuracy Coach and support sales associates to deliver timely, accurate and professional sales quotes for a range of product lines, ensuring finance, business, legal and professional services requirements are met while optimizing revenue Monitor, investigate and promptly resolve open client sales orders that fall outside normal pricing guidelines Analyze, document, communicate and process contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard Deliver training to key stakeholders (e.g. sales, sales operations, deal desk) on quoting and sales tools, pricing policy, changes, and releases supporting product launches Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience At least 2 years' experience in finance, accounting or business operations and analysis Excellent financial analysis, business writing, and communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate across organizational functions High level of professionalism with internal and external customers High attention to detail with excellent organization skills Preferred Proficient Excel skills Salesforce.com work experience Price desk experience in the software industry Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
