What You'll Do: Support engineering activities including design, testing, modification, and assembly of prototype systems Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation Use diagnostic and test equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators Troubleshoot, calibrate, and test complex systems and equipment Collect, analyze, and document data to support process improvements and engineering decisions Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Associate's degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant technical experience 3+ years of experience working with test equipment, diagnostics, or electro-mechanical systems 3+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings and supporting technical projects Secret Clearance Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Experience working with prototype systems or specialized test equipment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills Commitment to continuous learning and technical development In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
