Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid Position

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant for a hybrid position located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking
• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
• Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Strong background in developing and operationalizing multi-year strategies for complex organizations
• Proven strength in crafting strategic frameworks, executive-ready narratives, and presentation materials
• Ability to interface directly with senior domain leaders, synthesize disparate inputs into coherent strategy, and translate ambiguity into structured outcomes

Desired skills:

• Previous consulting background with the ability to manage multiple products
• Domain experience in payments or financial services
• Experience supporting integration planning and managing execution through governance, roadmaps, and performance tracking

Pay range: $71.88- $79.88 per hour
