This person is a team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. What You Will Do: Manage & maintain the Marketing & Business Development & Events inboxes, responding promptly to inquiries routing messages to relevant teams. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing projects, as needed. Perform administrative tasks and special projects as assigned, including, but not limited to scheduling lunches, creating POs, entering invoices, etc. Assist in Northeast event support, including, but not limited to sending pre- and post-event emails, creating campaigns in CRM, tracking events on Northeast Region Event Tracker, track post-event survey responses, and other event related projects, as needed. Support the Northeast marketing team with project management tasks, as needed. Illinois Wage Transparency Pursuant to Illinois' Equal Pay Act, the salary range displayed is for the Illinois market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt/hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek.
