Human by Nature - at Givaudan, our people are the heart of what we do. As the HR Manager for Shared Services, reporting to the Regional Head of HR, you will be an important enabler of growth and transformation, ensuring our people, processes, and capabilities evolve in step with our strategic ambitions.

Supporting our shared services teams, you will guide HR excellence across talent processes while leading the learning and development agenda across the region. Your responsibilities will combine operational HR partnership, employee experience, and regional capability building - promoting a culture of performance, connection, and growth.

This position will be based at our Cincinnati site, working in a hybrid model (4 days at the office, 1 day remote).

Your main responsibilities will include

Drive HR Excellence and Shared Services Partnership

  • Partner with people leaders within Shared Services and regional functions to deliver end-to-end HR support - including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-impact HR operations in collaboration with HR colleagues.
  • Leverage HR analytics to improve workforce effectiveness and engagement.

Enable Regional Learning Excellence

  • Partner with the global Learning & Development team to activate the learning strategy across the region, aligning global priorities with local needs.
  • Translate global programs into impactful regional projects and create tailored learning solutions for needs not covered globally.
  • Foster leadership and core capability growth through blended learning, coaching, and experiential opportunities.
  • Champion a culture of learning, inclusion, and growth, using technology and insights to enhance accessibility and impact.
  • Gather and share regional feedback and outcomes to strengthen alignment and continuous improvement.

Enable Culture, Engagement, and Change

  • Lead programs that strengthen culture, inclusion, and well-being within Shared Services and the regional network.
  • Promote change management, employee listening, and continuous improvement practices to enhance employee experience.
  • Be a trusted advisor to leaders, providing insight and guidance on organization design, workforce transformation, and leadership effectiveness.

Collaborate Across the HR Ecosystem

  • Work with HR Partners, Centers of Expertise, and the Global Learning team to ensure agreement and scalability of people initiatives.
  • Contribute to global HR projects, sharing best practices from the regional and shared-services perspective.

You?

Your professional profile includes

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in HR, including exposure to shared services or global functional roles.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing learning & development programs at regional scale.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
  • Coaching, facilitation, and change leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluent in English.
