Nationality Requirements Due to the nature of the programs we support, certain roles may require candidates to meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible to obtain a security clearance. Position Summary The Quality Systems Improvement Engineer works within the Quality Assurance department to drive process improvements cross-functionally. This includes utilizing various software to identify issues/inefficiencies, taking ownership, and leading the improvement project to completion.Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Education and Experience Requirements: Typically, a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of related experience. This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred. Experience working within various software packages and utilizing database querying languages preferred. Work Environment: This job operates in a production floor environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Occasionally the work environment may be loud.
