The Director, Accounting is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing specific accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and enforcing regulatory and company policies while driving continuous improvement in accounting operations. This role provides leadership to the Accounting team, and their specific business unit, while partnering cross-functionally to support business objectives. Your Impact

With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below.
