* The team is ideally looking for someone who is in the West Palm Beach, Florida area or within driving distance and can collaborate occassionally in-person. The role is remote the majority of the time.

The Content Director will build and scale the company brand across all content platforms. This is a deeply strategic and highly executional role: you own the entire process from idea to upload. Your north star is content that converts, not just content that performs. You'll manage production, lead platform strategy, direct vendors, and be in the trenches creatingcontent that drives audience growth and real business results. You'll work directly with the CEO to bring both the company and their personal brand to life in ways that feel fresh and dialed into what the market wants. This role requires someone who can thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and think as clearly as they execute. The team is looking for someone who has experience in the creator-led B2B or high-ticket space and has built or been a key player inside a content operation that scaled.

What You Will Own:



  • Full content strategy and calendar across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Podcast
  • Brand consistency across all channels, including the CEO's personal brand
  • End-to-end production: idea script film edit publish report
  • Filming directly with the CEO, sometimes solo - sometimes managing all logistics (location, crew, gear)
  • Management of 1 internal team member and all external creative vendors
  • Performance reporting - data that informs decisions, not just dashboards
  • Providing high-quality creative assets and direction to support CEO media placements (podcasts, shows, speaking opportunities)
  • Strong editorial judgment - consistently identifying high-retention moments and ensuring the brand is accurately and powerfully represented

Requirements:



  • 5+ years in content, social, or video production
  • Experience with a channel or brand you worked on, with strong ability to show what you did, and what happened to the numbers
  • Has owned the full production process - ideation, scripting, filming, editing, publishing
  • Manages people and freelancers well - gives clear, direct feedback
  • Genuine understanding of B2B content, high-ticket sales psychology, and how platforms actually work
  • Strong editorial instincts - knows what's good, what converts, and why
  • Self-directed and fast-moving - doesn't need a lot of structure to produce great work
  • Genuinely curious about business, entrepreneurship, and how companies grow


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $120k - $125k base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
