We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join a dynamic team, where your analytical prowess will directly influence critical business decisions. **What You'll Do**

As a Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into strategic advantages. You will work cross-functionally to monitor and improve supply chain performance, contributing to the development of robust decision-making models and analytics best practices. Your responsibilities will include:

* Mine and explore diverse data sources to build comprehensive analyses and data findings, presenting clear action points to improve business operations.

* Monitor and measure the health of the business by identifying and deploying key success metrics within visualization tools.

* Own and drive impactful insights, proactively identifying and championing continuous process improvement opportunities.

* Track, trace, and communicate performance across various channels, including distribution center health and inventory movement, recommending solutions to internal and external partners.

* Collaborate closely with senior and lead business analysts to develop, leverage, and streamline reporting and analytics best practices.

* Build, maintain, and elevate a decision-making model that empowers internal teams to make better operational, tactical, and strategic decisions regarding consumer value and profitability.

* Actively participate in a collaborative business analyst network across the organization to share knowledge, learn, and innovate.

* Provide critical support for team initiatives, including covering parental leave, with potential for extension, and assisting with strategic projects related to optimizing distribution networks, inventory transitions, order management, and data reporting.

**What You'll Bring**

We are looking for a self-starter with a proven ability to use data analysis to solve complex business challenges, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of directly relevant work experience in supply chain, data analysis, or related fields. Applicable additional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree may be acceptable.

* Advanced proficiency with analytical tools including SQL, Databricks, Excel, and Tableau. Experience with Alteryx or Snowflake is also highly valued.

* Strong problem-solving and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable insights.

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead across diverse teams and stakeholders to drive impactful results.

* Ability to develop and clearly communicate strategic vision and purpose to internal and external partners, utilizing multiple platforms to drive clarity.

* Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.

* Ability to be curious and ask probing questions to uncover root causes and opportunities.

* A self-starter mentality, proactively taking initiative without constant direction.

* Proven ability to build relationships and trust quickly with teammates.

* Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working effectively in ambiguous situations.

* Previous supply chain experience with a large consumer goods company will be highly prioritized.

**Bonus Points:**

* Proficiency in Python or R coding skills.
