Are you a seasoned product management professional with deep experience in marketing technology? We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to join a dynamic team supporting the development and evolution of a marketing technology platform. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between marketing stakeholders and product development teams, helping translate business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring that solutions are delivered effectively. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in driving technology initiatives that improve how marketing teams operate, validate solutions, and bring capabilities to market.

Work Environment:



  • Fully onsite in Culver City, CA
  • Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM


What You'll Do:



  • Act as the key liaison between marketing stakeholders and the product team responsible for building and enhancing marketing technology solutions
  • Translate marketing and business requirements into clear product and technical requirements that guide development efforts
  • Ensure business requirement documentation is accurately understood and implemented by partner teams
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross functional coordination to support successful execution
  • Partner closely with product leaders and internal stakeholders to align priorities and drive progress
  • Conduct competitive analysis across internal teams and external marketing technology solutions to identify best in class approaches
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership to inform product direction and decision making
  • Develop validation frameworks and QA processes to assess whether prototypes and delivered solutions are meeting business needs
  • Support the evaluation of product effectiveness and ensure final outputs align with intended requirements and user expectations


What You Bring:

This role requires a strong combination of product management expertise, marketing technology experience, strategic thinking, and cross functional communication.

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • Strong background in marketing technology, including experience building, supporting, or working closely with marketing technology products or platforms
  • Proven ability to translate business and marketing requirements into clear product requirements and actionable deliverables
  • Experience working cross functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and deliverables in a fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Exposure to AI agents or AI driven tools in a product or marketing technology environment
  • Experience supporting validation, QA, or prototype testing frameworks
