Job Title: Lead Business Analyst

Position Type: Salaried, Full-Time

Job Location: HQ: St. Louis, MO

Job Duties: Work with stakeholders to identify and clarify complex business requirements; Recommend design changes; Interface with agile scrum teams to deliver digital solutions; Translate business and design requirements into technical requirements; Direct process/system changes to align with business requirements; Draw process maps and use business process modeling techniques; Manage process flows; Analyze source system data and translate raw data for consumable reports; and perform QA against specifications and solves issues.

The minimum requirements for the Position Offered are a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely-related field and five (5) years of experience in an occupation involving software analysis/development using Oracle E-Business Suite. Must also have skills in Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Logistics Cloud, Oracle Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Procure to Pay (P2P), Purchasing (PO), Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Management, Oracle e-Commerce Gateway (EDI), SQL/PL-SQL, Business Events and Agile methodologies. Compensation Range:

At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
