Description

The Showroom Coordinator is responsible for cultivating a dynamic and engaging showroom environment that encourages meaningful customer interactions and supports impactful marketing experiences. This role ensures the showroom is both visually compelling and functionally welcoming, balancing presentation with engagement. The ideal candidate will create memorable experiences through hospitality, brand initiatives, events and strategic partnerships. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.



  • Maintain and elevate showroom standards to deliver a consistently welcoming, visually compelling and brand-aligned customer experience.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies that enhance customer interaction, storytelling and overall showroom presentation.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute client-facing events, including industry partnerships and educational experiences that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with sales, design and marketing leadership to continuously refine showroom aesthetics and optimize the customer journey.
  • Manage premium client experience elements, including branded materials, gifting strategies and curated touchpoints in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Lead coordination of co-branded events with MillerKnoll and key strategic partners to strengthen relationships and market presence.
  • Support and execute social media initiatives by partnering with marketing to create content that highlights showroom experiences, events and brand storytelling.
  • Partner with Market Leadership to plan and deliver internal events that foster team engagement, culture and employee appreciation.
  • Identify and implement meaningful engagement activities within both showroom and warehouse spaces.
  • Assist marketing leadership in executing pursuit-related activities and showroom-driven initiatives.
  • Strengthen external brand presence by collaborating with marketing on partnerships with industry organizations, associations and community networks.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, marketing or event coordination,

    preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design and marketing.
  • Detail-oriented with an interest in creating engaging and brand-aligned environments.
  • Experience supporting events or client facing activities, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, required.
  • Light graphic design experience preferred, including familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
