WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Senior ProcuretoPay (P2P) Manager serves as a strategic leader in transforming the endtoend procuretopay function, driving a shift toward a more automated, scalable, and valuedriven operating model. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role owns the delivery of a modern P2P organization by strengthening internal controls, enabling suppliers, and embedding continuous improvement across procurement operations and accounts payable. Partnering closely with Procurement, Operations, Accounting, Treasury, and IT, the Senior P2P Manager leads initiatives to reduce manual effort, accelerate cycle times, enhance transparency, and elevate data quality. Through the deliberate deployment and optimization of ERP capabilities and digital automation tools, this role plays a critical part in advancing finance from a transactional function to a strategically enabled, technologyforward organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Ensure strong internal controls across purchasing, invoice approvals, segregation of duties, and payment processing.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with company policies, retention requirements, and regulatory expectations.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing reconciliations, process narratives, evidence, and remediation plans as needed.
  • Serve as P2P process owner for ERP functionality and enhancements; translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Lead or support implementations and optimizations of AP automation tools (e.g., invoice capture/OCR/workflow), e-invoicing, and vendor portals.
  • Improve exception handling and reduce rework through better master data, PO accuracy, and workflow design.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and operational buyers to improve purchasing discipline, PO compliance, receiving practices, and supplier performance.
  • Partner with business leaders to resolve recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions through training and change management.
  • Provide clear communication and reporting to leadership on risks, trends, and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and report key metrics (KPIs) such as invoice cycle time, cost per invoice, PO compliance, match rates, exception volumes, and payment method mix.
  • Identify root causes and work alongside our continuous improvement team to achieve initiatives using structured problem-solving.
  • Build business cases and ROI for automation, policy changes, and operational improvements.
