Description & Requirements The Executive Business Support provides highlevel administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer of Forvis Mazars, as well as three CEO direct reports: the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Talent Officer (CTO), and Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
This role functions as a trusted extension of the CEO's office, responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating executive meetings and materials, and supporting the effective operation of the firm's senior leadership. The role requires strong judgment, a high degree of confidentiality and discretion, and the ability to operate independently in a fastpaced, highly visible environment.
