This role leads high-impact experimentation, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance product offerings and market positioning. Key responsibilities include orchestrating cross-functional alignment, mentoring program and operations managers, and collaborating with Business Product Owners, Executive Directors, and Technical ProductManagers from within DDA and RDT team to shape digital-forward roadmaps and drive user adoption. Additionally, the role ensures seamless implementation through user insights, feedback loops, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while enabling successful product execution across business and IT teams.
