Description
Talent Operations and Engagement Partner We're hiring a builder, a visionary, a storyteller, and doer. You'll partner with peers across Talent Strategy to design scalable recruiting operations while launching programs that activate employees as brand ambassadors, fuel referrals, and strengthen our talent pipeline. This position sits within our Talent Strategy team reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will work on-site at UDR headquarters located in Highlands Ranch, CO, with flexibility for a hybrid schedule. What You'll Own Talent Operations Engine: *Own post-offer execution through Day One and recruiting operational workflows *Serve as the central handoff point between Recruiters and HR/People Ops *Partner with IT/HRIS on system access, provisioning, and readiness *Manage background check workflows and vendors *Own referral program administration and optimization *Design frictionless onboarding handoffs and communications *Lead continuous process improvement across the hiring lifecycle Employer Brand and Candidate Experience: *Own and evolve our candidate-facing platforms: Career site, ATS candidate experience, Glassdoor strategy, LinkedIn Jobs presence *Candidate communication templates and automations *Partner with Culture & Communications on employer branding campaigns and content *Manage job description frameworks and EVP messaging *Test and deploy new tools that enhance candidate engagement *Ensure consistent voice, visuals, and experience across all hiring touchpoints Systems, Data & Process Excellence *Serve as a power user and process owner for ATS and HRIS platforms (UKG) *Design scalable workflows between Recruiting and HR teams *Conduct post-hire and non-hire surveys to continuously improve experience AI & Innovation Partner *Partner with the TA leadership team on researching, piloting, and implementing AI tools *Identify automation opportunities across recruiting operations and onboarding *Improve speed, quality, and candidate communication through technology *Help evolve the future-state recruiting ecosystem What You Bring *4+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations *Strong ATS fluency and comfort owning recruiting platforms and workflows *Demonstrated experience building and scaling talent programs from the ground up *Previous full-lifecycle recruiting experience *Obsessive attention to detail paired with a builder's mindset *Experience managing vendors and third-party partners *Passion and hunger for learning AI *Comfortable using data and insights to influence decisions and drive change *Thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys paving uncharted paths *Believes candidate experience is a competitive advantage Why This Role Exists This role is designed to elevate recruiting from a transactional process into a strategic, brand-driven function.
