Key Responsibilities: Enterprise-Level monitoring including advanced troubleshooting with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace for Enterprise-Level monitoring Maintaining the ServiceNow Configuration Management Data Base Maintaining the ServiceNow Discovery Configuration Provide configuration support to Hardware and Software Asset Management Provide support to requirement gathering sessions and user story development Provide support to developers to ensure the quality and design of functional capabilities are realized. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years relevant IT experience Minimum of 2 years of configuration and Enterprise-Level monitoring, including advanced troubleshooting of complex environmental\application issues Minimum of 1 year experience with general business requirements and configuring out of box Digital workflow components; "Hands on keyboard" experience configuring, not just administering a system. Experience with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace for Enterprise-Level monitoring Proficiency with scripting in PowerShell, JavaScript & Python Effective troubleshooting skills across datacenter infrastructure components - Network, F5, Operating Systems, SAN, Virtualization Excellent communication skills to provide timely updates on any and all issues, projects, and troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications:* Dynatrace Certification Minimum of 2 years of configuration and Enterprise-Level monitoring ServiceNow Admin Certification Skills* Servicenow, Itil Service Management, Itsm, asset mgmt, Systems architecture, System administrator, scom, dynatrace, Infrastructure, Troubleshooting, Windows, Support, microsoft system center, O365, Office 365, Microsoft, Implementation, Service Desk, Change Management, Asset Management, configuration, Organizational Change Management, ITIL, Configuration management, Cloud, Windows server, Active directory, Systems engineering Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Frankfort, KY.
