A client of TEKsystems is seeking an IT Asset Manager to support a North America laptop refresh initiative involving a new vendor. This is a 1year+ contract with strong potential for contracttohire. This role is hybrid, with candidates sitting 2-3 days per week onsite. The IT Asset Manager will be responsible for ensuring inventory levels align with refresh targets while keeping orders flowing smoothly throughout the rollout. Key Responsibilities: Forecast, coordinate, and refresh laptop inventory to meet program goals Ensure hardware orders are placed and fulfilled smoothly Partner closely with the procurement team to coordinate purchase orders as needed Support vendor transition during largescale enterprise laptop refresh Apply technical knowledge to ensure appropriate hardware configurations are ordered (e.g., RAM, processors, storage) *Skills* IT Asset Management, Inventory forecasting & coordination, IT knowledge, Procurement coordination (purchase orders, vendor management), Experience supporting enterprise laptop refresh programs, Crossfunctional collaboration with IT, procurement, and vendors *Top Skills Details* IT Asset Management, Inventory forecasting & coordination, IT Knowledge *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Wayzata, MN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
