*Description*
We are seeking a highly-organized, self-motivated and high-judgment professional to join the team responsible for leading the strategy and execution of priority news moments and events for the Devices & Services organization. This role will function as the PR Project Manager, responsible for tracking and managing overarching event workflows, driving event logistics, and collaborating with agency, business, and communications teams. The ideal candidate can work autonomously as well as cross-functionally. They have experience communicating across multiple teams and stakeholders, a proven track record identifying efficiencies and simplifying processes, and display poise in a rapidly changing environment. This individual should be a self-starter with an eye for detail and enjoy wrangling multiple people and projects simultaneously, while quickly earning trust with peers, stakeholders, and partner teams. *Key Responsibilities* * Lead cross-functional workstream coordination across product, design, communications, and marketing teams, communicating event updates, actions/next steps, and requirements * Build and maintain event workback timelines and establish mechanisms to ensure teams are tracking against deadlines. * Own and manage event logistics from concept through execution, including onsite staffing, scheduling, catering, and attendee lists. * Manage event operations including (though not limited to) hotel room blocks, travel logistics, and accommodations for invitees, leadership, and event staff * Develop briefing documents for internal spokespeople at all levels. * Support event research, reporting, and measurement needs. * Manage leadership meeting milestones across event, communications, presentation, and creative teams. * Own and manage event budget and forecasting. *Basic qualifications* * Bachelor's degree. * 5+ years of experience working in events and/or communications. * Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-workstream events end-to-end. * Experience managing executive-level engagements and high-visibility productions * Experience managing budgets. * Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred qualifications * The ability to bring together a large team and lead them toward a common goal. * The ability to self-motivate and work autonomously at times. * Experience working with global teams or on international events. * Outstanding attention to detail and bias for action. * Thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. * Experience with building, managing, and maintaining project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, etc. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
