Overview: We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide handson technical support in a Windowsbased enterprise environment. This role focuses on hardware support, enduser troubleshooting, and basic network connectivity to ensure reliable daytoday operations across the organization. Responsibilities: * Provide desktop and enduser support for PCs, printers, and a wide range of peripherals including label printers, handheld scanners, tablets, and Motorola handheld devices used in field and truck environments. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware break/fix issues, perform device replacements, and support installations and configurations. * Support a 100% Windows 10/11 enterprise environment, resolving OSlevel issues, performance problems, and user configuration requests. * Assist users with peripheral connectivity, device drivers, and workstation setup to minimize downtime. * Perform basic network troubleshooting related to wired and wireless connectivity, device access, and printing issues. * Document issues, resolutions, and asset updates according to IT support procedures. Qualifications: * Experience providing hardware support for PCs, printers, and peripheral devices in a professional environment. * Strong experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 in an enterprise setting. * Baseline knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and basic connectivity troubleshooting. * Strong troubleshooting skills with a customerfocused approach to enduser support. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with IT team members as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Braselton, GA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
