Job DescriptionTeam Summary: The Visa Direct Account Management team drives growth and revenue across strategic client portfolios. This role focuses on Big Tech accounts such as PayPal, Venmo, Meta, X, partnering with leading platforms to optimize money movement flows, expand adoption of Visa Direct solutions, and actively manage strategic initiatives. Role Purpose: The Senior Manager will support a portfolio of high-potential strategic Big Tech clients, driving revenue growth, use case expansion, and strategic account penetration. This role requires strong commercial acumen, consultative selling skills, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional resources to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Organizationally savvy, interpersonal and negotiation skills are critical as the role will interface with multiple areas within the assigned organizations as well as within Visa (sales, marketing, pricing, legal, risk, and more). This individual is comfortable driving growth while navigating ambiguity and demanding timelines in a matrixed organization. This is a critical revenue growth role on the Visa Direct sales team in a highly visible position. You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, high intellectual curiosity to learn new concepts and business models and ability to adapt and thrive in the fast-paced environment. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
