Principal Product Marketing- International (B2B)

Adobe Inc.
United States, New York, New York
Apr 07, 2026

Work doesn't stop at borders.
But the way work gets done looks different everywhere.

Businesses around the world rely on documents to move decisions forward-contracts signed, approvals captured, information shared. Yet the requirements of those businesses, the competitive landscape they operate in, and the tools they use vary widely from one market to the next.

As Acrobat continues to grow globally, the opportunity is clear: help businesses everywhere work with documents more easily, more securely, and more efficiently.

We're looking for a Senior Manager of International Product Marketing to help lead Acrobat's B2B expansion into worldwide regions. This role connects global product strategy with real market insight. You'll partner closely with regional leaders to understand how businesses in different parts of the world work, where the greatest opportunities for growth exist, and what Acrobat deliver to succeed in those markets.

Your work will help shape where we invest, how we position Acrobat for business customers globally, and how we ensure our product continues to meet the needs of organizations operating across diverse markets. The goal is simple: help Acrobat grow internationally by ensuring we deeply understand the markets we serve-and build for them.

What you'll do

  • Drive international Product Marketing strategy for Acrobat's B2B business, identifying priority markets and defining how we position, launch, and scale across regions.

  • Translate global positioning into regionally relevant messaging and go-to-market strategies that reflect local customer needs while maintaining alignment with the global narrative.

  • Partner with regional leaders to understand customer workflows, market dynamics, and adoption barriers, and translate those insights into actionable use cases, positioning, and GTM plans.

  • Partner closely with Product teams to bring international market needs into roadmap discussions, influencing prioritization, localization, and feature development based on regional requirements and growth opportunities.

  • Identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics across markets, using insights to refine messaging, strengthen differentiation, and inform offers, packaging, and market-specific strategies.

  • Enable regional marketing and sales teams with clear messaging, positioning, and use cases, while identifying and removing barriers to adoption to drive usage and revenue growth.

  • Define and track performance metrics across markets, using data to assess adoption, pipeline, and revenue impact, and continuously refine strategy based on results.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, international marketing, or go-to-market strategy, ideally supporting B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.

  • Experience working acrossglobal markets, with an understanding of how customer needs, competitive dynamics, and product requirements vary by region.

  • Strong ability toanalyze markets and identify growth opportunities, including evaluating market trends, adoption patterns, and competitive landscapes.

  • Experience partnering withproduct management teamsto translate market insights into product strategy and roadmap discussions.

  • Proven ability to collaborate withregional marketing and sales leadersto bring products to market in ways that resonate with local customers.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability totranslate complex product capabilities and market insights into clear positioning and messaging.

  • Experience working cross-functionally acrossproduct, marketing, and sales teamsto support product adoption and business growth.
