Position Summary:

You will lead the U.S. hepatology marketing strategy for a late-stage specialty therapy. You will work across commercial, medical, access, regulatory and external partners to design patient- and healthcare-professional-focused plans. Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead development and execution of U.S. marketing plans for the hepatology portfolio across HCP and patient channels.
  • Create omnichannel campaigns and content that meet defined brand objectives and patient needs.
  • Manage cross-functional core teams and engage internal stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Oversee agency partners and vendors, setting clear briefs, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Use data and insights to measure campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Ensure all promotional materials follow applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years U.S. pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience, preferably in specialty or hepatology areas.
  • Experience developing integrated HCP and patient marketing plans.
  • Proven experience managing external agencies and cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days per week in the U.S. office; domestic travel up to 20% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree).
  • Direct experience in hepatology, liver disease, or related therapeutic areas.
  • Experience with launch planning or leading brand launches.
  • Familiarity with promotional review processes and regulatory requirements in the U.S.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills using commercial and digital analytics to drive decisions.
  • Experience developing patient-facing digital and social campaigns in healthcare.
