As a key contributor, you will take full ownership of designated program areas, translating stakeholder needs into prioritized deliverables and defining comprehensive program roadmaps. You will drive the successful execution of projects by building strong relationships, delivering compelling content, and providing essential input to achieve strategic goals. This role is pivotal in establishing and refining processes, ensuring compliance, and implementing improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will be a central figure in developing and communicating strategic plans, managing expectations, and coordinating resources to achieve ambitious objectives. Your ability to identify and mitigate risks, develop insightful data-driven recommendations, and lead cross-functional strategic partnerships will be critical to your success and the overall impact of your work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Drive the definition, review, and prioritization of program goals, translating stakeholder needs into actionable objectives and deliverables.

* Own the development of program roadmaps and work streams, making critical decisions on goal and deliverable prioritization.

* Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships, planning and delivering content to support project goals.

* Establish and track cross-functional processes, ensuring accountability, securing resources, and identifying opportunities for process improvements, including automation.

* Develop and utilize project and program roadmaps to manage stakeholder expectations, communicate plans, and coordinate resources effectively.

* Craft and deliver strategic communications tailored for various stakeholder groups, facilitating information exchange and decision-making.

* Foster and drive strategic partnerships across diverse project teams and stakeholders.

* Lead risk identification, cross-functional risk assessment, and continuous monitoring of risks, evaluating their influence on program objectives.

* Develop comprehensive documentation defining solution scope, design, task-level deliverables, milestones, and management processes to ensure stakeholder accountability.

* Develop and refine Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for multiple programs, reporting progress to organizational leadership.

* Generate interpretable insights from deep dives and data analysis, providing data-driven strategic recommendations from business, product, and technical perspectives.

* Develop and lead strategic programs, acting as a domain authority to guide leadership in making decisions for complex problems with undefined solutions.

* Establish key program metrics, manage cross-functional teams to drive program success, and implement corrective actions for organizational challenges.

* Identify, collect, and track key metrics for program impact, leveraging data to drive results and continuous improvement.

* Identify and engage cross-functional product and service experts, leveraging their knowledge to improve offerings, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.

* Drive post-program implementation activities, including feedback collection, documentation updates, and follow-up discussions, proposing changes for continuous improvement.

* Establish and drive program vision and objectives, ensuring goals are met or exceeded, and securing buy-in from executive sponsors and stakeholders.

* Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to understand problems, define program goals, prioritize deliverables, and assess cross-functional impact.
