The AMERS Strategy & Change Management is a small, high-impact team sitting at the center of it all - driving strategic planning, leading large-scale change adoption, fostering an environment where our consultants can do their best work. Projects & Learning Opportunities as an Intern on the Team:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution - Translate leadership vision into clear, executable plans. Get the opportunity to hear leaders discuss strategic priorities firsthand and produce the documentation that drives downstream clarity.
  • Change Management - Design and support regional change strategies by researching best practices, building process documentation, and tracking adoption to ensure initiatives land in the field
  • Project Management - Keep cross-functional work on track by managing timelines, organizing deliverables, and maintaining communication across regional teams and strategy functions
  • Content Creation & Communications - Shape the voice of AMERS Professional Services by supporting podcast research, drafting executive communications, and building narratives around AI transformation and delivery outcomes
  • Data Analysis & Reporting - Turn operational data into insight by supporting modeling exercises, building basic visualizations, and preparing presentation-ready materials for leadership review
  • Process Documentation & Knowledge Management - Build the organizational memory of the team by creating, updating, and maintaining process documentation, training materials, and self-serve resources for AMERS Professional Services

Qualifications:

  • Enrollment Status - Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Spring 2027 graduation)
  • AI & Agentic Curiosity - Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, and how agentic workflows are transforming modern business functions
  • Self-Starter Mindset - Takes initiative, experiments with new approaches, and adapts quickly in fast-paced environments - comfortable with ambiguity and eager to iterate based on feedback
  • Analytical Thinking - Solid business and data analysis skills with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Industry Interest - Genuine curiosity about professional services, enterprise technology, and how large consulting organizations operate
  • Technical Proficiency - Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Slack
  • Communication & Collaboration - Clear, confident communicator who works effectively in team environments and across stakeholders
