Position Summary

Trideum Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Analyst / Instructor to support advanced training, education, and capability development for the U.S. Army and Department of Defense. This role blends technical expertise, instructional delivery, and curriculum development to enable the Total Army workforce in applying modeling and simulation to real-world operational, analytical, and acquisition challenges.

What You'll Do:



  • Provide Army client with instructor support, curriculum development, and subject matter expertise in the Army Modeling and Simulation School.
  • Deliver instruction, coaching, and mentorship to Army and civilian personnel
  • Design, develop, and maintain courseware using ADDIE methodology
  • Support and enhance key M&S training courses (SOC, SPC, ASC, VV&A, Data Science)
  • Develop training support packages, lesson plans, and instructional materials
  • Analyze and improve instructional methodologies and course content
  • Provide subject matter expertise across operations, analysis, and acquisition Facilitate workshops, briefings, and presentations to senior leaders
  • Coordinate course logistics and materials across stakeholders
  • Research emerging M&S capabilities and integrate into training
  • Support DOTMLPF-P analysis and lifecycle integration


Requirements and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of Army M&S, analysis, experimentation, or acquisition experience3+ years of instructional design experience (ADDIE)
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs
  • Subject matter expertise in the M&S Verification, Validation, and Accreditation process
  • Strong communication and briefing skills
  • Experience developing course materials
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Army 365 tools
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain security clearance


Desired Qualifications:



  • T2COM Instructor Certification
  • Curriculum Design Certification
  • Operations Research/ Systems Analysis Military Applications Course Graduate Experience supporting AMSO or Army M&S enterprise
  • Advanced degree (MA/MS/MBA); PhD a plus
  • Experience collaborating across government, industry, academia
  • Knowledge of LVC or digital engineering environments
