Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our innovative team at TVH. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

You'll deliver short and long-term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

* Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable software applications and systems.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

We're looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us, you need:

* Experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
* Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., C#, Java, C++, JavaScript, SQL).
* Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
* Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
* Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
