Overview
The Corporate External and Legal Affairs (CELA) organization is seeking aBusiness Program Managerto support Microsoft'sResponsible Business Practicesteam withinTech forSociety. This role owns the execution of cross-functional programs that support regulatory and voluntary human rights and supply chain reporting. Operating in a highly ambiguous environment, this role is responsible for translating strategy into clear operating rhythms and partnering across legal, policy, product, engineering, supply chain, procurement, and sales teams to coordinate and synthesize data and narrative inputs supporting Microsoft's supply chain due diligence and human rights reporting and comms programs, including engagement with external stakeholders to support credible, accountable disclosures. This role is expected to work in an AI-first way, using AI agents and analysis tools to accelerate research, synthesize stakeholder inputs, automate reporting workflows, and surface insights across complex datasets. Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
