We are currently seeking a Program Management Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-231 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office.

Collects, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft and product programs. Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data. Tracks configuration changes. Coordinates and supports development of Engineering Change Proposals. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Organize and participate in meetings and compile and distribute meeting minutes, Assist in file management and organization of Teams channel
* Assist IPTL in updating regular reports and products, including monthly quad charts, one-pagers, and resource documents, such as brain books and risk slides
* Communicate with Integrated Production Team (IPT) program leads, Engineers, Logisticians, and Contracts, update and provide support in the development, review, and updates of documents such as Statements of Work (SOWs), technical evaluations, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
* Track Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting (CPAR) and send reminders to IPT
* Manage CDRLs and complete various CDRL related tasks, including producing reports, distributing weekly reminders to reviewers, attaching to PIDs as needed, editing as needed, drafting letters, routing for signatures
* Create requests for Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs)
* Rank and track PIDs and routing progress in AMS/PMT, ensuring timeliness by sending reminders to reviewers and coordinating with the IPT and contract specialist
* Produce weekly PMT reports and PID statuses with inputs from IPT, contract specialist, and ACQ. Coordinate meetings as necessary
* Assist IPTL in creating and updating Spend Plan Initiation Documents (SPID's) in the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT)
* Draft unfunded work requests and support IPT in spend plan / unfunded review meetings

Must hold or be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Required Education: Journeyman - BA/BS degree.

Allowable Substitution:

Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

OR

Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Required Experience: Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Must hold or maintain a Top Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78,433.26-$117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
