Advantage Technical is partnering with a growing organization in Fountain Valley, CA to find a Recruiting Lead who can hit the ground running. In this role, you'll serve as the go-to recruiting subject matter expert - coordinating initiatives, coaching recruiters and hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless, compliant hiring process from posting through onboarding. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives with autonomy and knows how to turn recruiting metrics into real improvements. What You'll Do Lead recruiting projects including process improvements, training programs, and reporting enhancements. Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions using diverse sourcing strategies - job boards, social media, networking, and agency partnerships. Ensure postings go live within 36 hours of approval, maintain accurate tracking reports, and manage relocation processes. Analyze recruiting trends and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership. Monitor recruiting expenses and ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4-6 years of progressive recruiting experience. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with standard office software. PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
