Cox Fleet, the largest independent fleet maintenance company in the country, is currently hiring a Parts Inside Sales Representative II. The Parts Inside Sales Representative II is responsible for managing the full inside sales lifecycle for parts customers within an assigned Area of Responsibility. This role focuses on generating and closing sales through inbound and outbound customer interactions while delivering exceptional customer service and solutions-focused support. The position plays a critical role in building strong customer relationships, ensuring margin expectations are met, supporting customer uptime through timely, accurate, and knowledgeable parts sales execution. USD 17.60 - 26.44 per hour Compensation: Hourly pay rate is in the range of $17.60 - $26.44/hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the hourly range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $0.01. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
