Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of strong public policy and/or corporate government affairs experience at the state legislative or regulatory environment within with a demonstrated ability to independently lead highly-leveraged state advocacy campaigns/initiatives. This individual must be self-motivated and have the ability to manage several high-profile issues at once. Superior written and verbal skills are non-negotiable. This position will assist the Vice-President of State Government Affairs manage DaVita's state policy initiatives to ensure the company's interests are represented before appropriate state legislative and regulatory entities. The position will provide leadership, management, and coordination of the enterprise's state public policy activities and requires an individual with strong public policy and government affairs experience. This position will also help lead and collaborate with other members of the DaVita state and federal government affairs team as well as assist in managing external state lobby teams representing DaVita. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $181,000.00 - $261,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
