Role: Customer Service Representative I Location: Salt Lake City, UT Duration: 6 Months (Potential to Extend) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Utah time Overview: Join the Medical Devices team at Moog, a leader in enteral feeding and infusion pumps. As an entry-level Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting customers and ensuring their needs are met in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers by email with questions, service requests, order placement, accounting needs, and product support Process customer orders and requests for product repair into an ERP order entry system Generate and transmit order confirmations and manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines Support and initiate the pricing dispute process Process product replacement orders, provide shipping labels, and coordinate the return/replacement of items in a timely manner Support, address, research, and escalate customer issues as needed, respond to all inquiries/requests, report urgent complaints, investigate disputes, and provide warranty information Provide additional support to customer service and sales colleagues as needed, assisting with projects, reporting, and any customer-related issues Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalency (GED) required Related experience and/or training in customer service, call center, or similar role preferred Basic computer/technical skills with demonstrated competencies in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently or as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to provide meaningful support in a compassionate manner with both external and internal customers Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
