Hours and Pay



  • Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1st Shift)

Daily Responsibilities



  • Assemble mechanical components and systems, including motors, pumps, and filtration equipment
  • Build both large and small assemblies in a high-volume production setting
  • Follow work orders, blueprints, schematics, and verbal instructions to ensure accurate assembly
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete production tasks
  • Mount and install components onto panels and equipment structures
  • Maintain quality standards and consistency across repeated builds
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet production goals and deadlines



Requirements



  • 1-3 years of related experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing, or completion of an associate degree or trade school program
  • Basic understanding of mechanical production processes and assembly techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret prints, schematics, and work instructions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on specialized equipment and processes
