• At least 1 year of machine operation experience
• Ability to read tape measures and convert between fractions and decimals accurately
• Physically capable of liftingupto 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks
• Dependable work history with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Your Role on the Floor

• Operate the trim break machine with attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines
• Read and interpret trim break drawings and specifications to complete assigned jobs
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met
• Perform routine machine operation tasks and assist with additional production duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while contributing to a strong safety culture
