Hours and Pay



  • Pay Rate: $33.08 - $45.49 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Position Type: Direct Hire

Daily Responsibilities



  • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, motors, drives, sensors, actuators, and automated machinery
  • Diagnose and resolve issues involving hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, cylinders, valves, and regulators
  • Utilize electrical schematics, control drawings, and diagnostic tools to perform advanced troubleshooting
  • Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive maintenance actions
  • Provide hands-on technical support during complex breakdowns to minimize downtime and production impact
  • Support work order prioritization, labor allocation, and maintenance scheduling
  • Manage and maintain spare parts inventory, including tracking critical components and reordering as needed
  • Coordinate with OEMs and equipment vendors for technical support, parts identification, and repair guidance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including equipment upgrades and reliability enhancements
  • Ensure full compliance with safety standards and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures


Requirements



  • Associate degree in a technical field, military technical training, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Experience working with PLC-controlled systems and automated equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop technicians


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment (material handling systems, dryers, chillers, temperature controllers, robotics)
