Job Title: Intern- Business Professional

Location(s): Orlando, FL

Position Description
Provides part-time or temporary technical support across various operational tasks. Executes assigned duties under supervision, applying established procedures, tools, and techniques. Develops foundational knowledge of processes and supports experienced staff in completing assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of technical or operational tasks within a defined work area following established guidelines and procedures.
• Apply standard methods and processes to address routine issues and operational requirements.
• Support team members in execution of tasks and service delivery.
• Handle routine, non-complex inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize standard software tools and systems relevant to the role.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with defined service levels and quality standards.

Impact
Applies judgment in selecting appropriate procedures for routine scenarios. Handles multiple process-driven tasks and resolves standard issues effectively, escalating complex situations when required.

Technical Customer Services Scope
Delivers standardized technical or administrative services to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate completion in line with agreed service levels.

Experience
3-year vocational training with approximately 3 years of relevant practical experience in a related field.

Knowledge & Skills
Basic understanding of principles, procedures, and work routines within the functional area. Familiarity with standard tools, systems, and techniques gained through structured vocational training and hands-on experience.
