Security Officer Outdoor Patrol - Overnight

As a Security Officer Outdoor Patrol in Saint Paul, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a respected financial institution location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed patrol role, you will support daily operations with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach that puts people first.

Pay Rate: $25.65 / Hour

Must be 21+ years of age

Minimum 2 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the building, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, observe visitor and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site protocols.
• Support closing and opening routines, assist with access control practices, and provide visible presence throughout the location to help to deter disruptions and/or trespassing.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
