Sr. SAP Project Manager

Abacus Technology is seeking a SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee SAP-related technical initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects supporting secure and mission-critical environments for the RDT&E Engineering and Technical Support (RETS) program. This is a full-time position.

Manage and oversee SAP projects, ensuring alignment with technical, operational, and security requirements.
• Lead the analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and experimentation of SAP technical capabilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities related to SAP system implementations and enhancements.
• Provide technical leadership in evaluating SAP applications and related technologies.
• Support the integration of emerging technologies into SAP environments, with a focus on security processes.
• Conduct technical assessments and capability demonstrations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and SAP security standards and best practices.
• Research and recommend new technologies to enhance SAP system performance and security.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Provide guidance and oversight to technical teams supporting SAP initiatives.

15+ years experience managing SAP projects, including at least 5 years demonstrating technical capabilities. 10+ years of experience performing analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation of technical capabilities. 10+ years of experience supporting SAP technologies and capabilities in similar functions. 8+ years of experience researching and integrating technologies that support SAP security processes. Demonstrated experience managing SAP-related technology applications. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or physical sciences. MBA or master's degree in a related field required. Military or Department of the Air Force (DoW) experience preferred. Must be a US Citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI) and SAP eligibility.
