Assists users to understand clinical and/or business workflows, define functional requirements, convey requirements to colleagues engaged in software design and configuration activities, execute test scripts and user acceptance testing, and provide software support services.
Essential Functions -Support and educate users on application use. Prepare end-user training materials. -Create and run reports as needed. - Utilize Epic Dashboard and Slicer Dicer tools to create sustainable productivity dashboards and establish routine reporting timeframes -Document and analyze business processes and workflows to drive business process improvements and ensure accurate system configuration. Where possible, identify opportunities for process improvement. -Understand user requirements; translate them into functional requirements, and assist the user with submitting software updates. -Develop and execute user acceptance testing plans, including creation of test cases. -Communicate the status of various team efforts to leadership and other stakeholders, including preparing presentations in collaboration with senior staff. - Assist Leadership team with support of various vendors -Assist in identifying and recommending leading practices for business analysis, training, and end-user support functions. - Working knowledge of revenue cycle operations with specific concentration in Patient Access, Financial Counseling, Estimates and Pre-Service Collections Education
