Role Summary The VP, Government Affairs & Public Policy will lead Myriad's enterprise-wide policy, government affairs, and advocacy strategy, integrating federal, state, and regulatory engagement to advance patient access, reimbursement, and appropriate regulation of the company's product portfolio. This role operates at the intersection of policy, market access, regulatory strategy, and commercial growth, with direct accountability for helping shape the external environment to enable adoption and reimbursement of Myriad's products in oncology, women's health, and mental health. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this leader will serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, ensuring Myriad is positioned to anticipate, influence, and respond to an increasingly complex and dynamic policy landscape.
