• Good communication-you can talk to contractors and get answers
• Mechanical mindset-you understand how things go together
• Ability to read job details, specs, and measurements
• Solid customer service and follow-up skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deliverquotes for commercial door, frame & hardware packages
• Handlespecial orders, pricing, and project takeoffs
• Talk directly withcontractors (phone + in person)to understand job specs
• Manage jobs fromquote order delivery install coordination
• Work withpurchasing, drafting, and production teamsto keep projects moving
• Answer questions, solve problems, and keep customers updated
• Follow up on quotes andhelp close the deal
• Enter orders and pricing into the system (yes-there's detail work involved)
