What to Expect Tesla'score services team buildssystemsthat orchestrate customer flows for robotaxi, charging, over the air updates, subscriptions, electric, lease/loan, roaming in charging, NACS and other ownership related products for both B2C and B2B customers. These systems are production-critical and directlyimpact customer experience, revenue and need to beoptimizedforuptime, and scalability. We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer towork onRobotaxi and Charging primarily. Youwill own the technical direction, write production code, andmaylead a team of engineers while scaling the system to support more complex flows. The ideal candidate combines deepexpertiseinbackend systemswith hands-on distributed systems experience, strong product instincts, and an AI-forward mindset. This position is based inFremont, CA.
